These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at brightmazespot.com (the “Site”), operated by BrightMaze Spot. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What BrightMaze Spot is
BrightMaze Spot is an independent editorial and curatorial hub. We describe and recommend Android games made by third-party studios, and link to their official listings on Google Play. We do not develop, publish, sell, host or distribute the games themselves, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the studios or of Google LLC.
Using the Site
- You may browse and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorised means, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for any information you submit through our forms and for keeping it accurate.
Third-party links
The Site contains links to Google Play and other third-party destinations. Those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy practices. We provide links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing or safety of any external site or game. Any purchase or download you make happens under the terms of Google Play and the relevant studio, not ours.
Intellectual property
The BrightMaze Spot name, our editorial text, layout, and original graphics are our property or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Game titles, icons, screenshots, ratings and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification and editorial purposes only. You may not reproduce our original content without permission.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep descriptions, ratings and links accurate, but game details change frequently and may be out of date. Information on the Site is provided “as is” for general guidance. Always confirm current details, pricing and permissions on the official Google Play listing before installing anything. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightMaze Spot excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site.
